AWESOME MORNING ROUTINE
Not all morning routines are created equal. I usually wake around 4:30 am. Once I wake up, I start my day with a prayer. I like to make my to-do list the night before, so I do not get distracted by Social media, email etc. Then, I take twenty minutes to wash up, brush my teeth and drink a glass of water.I then do thirty to forty minutes of exercise, Next, I practice meditation for thirty minutes.
After all, I went to kitchen and make my favorite morning coffee or tea. I spend the next forty to fifty minutes in the kitchen with my laptop. Scroll news headlines, take care of personal task or calls and catch up on email.
I eat breakfast.Some people believe that skipping breakfast is good for you, but according to health experts, eating breakfast is essential for stabilizing your eating during the day. And i spend some time on my hobbies.😍😍
Reading Books, Sketching, Painting and Listening to Music.
