MY DAILY ROUTINE FOR HEALTHY BODY AND MIND



As we all know a nation-wide lockdown, self-isolation and social distancing has drastically changed our daily routine and lifestyle. therefore in this trying time, it is important to bring in a sense of purpose and sanity by creating a daily routine for yourself and family.


Everybody has a daily routine to follow. The same is also true for me .Here is a pretty normal morning for me. My most productive time is the morning so I get up early in the morning at around 4:30 a.m. 



4:30 am- 6:00 am  (a productive morning )


 I brush my teeth and wash my hands and face. After that I do some physical exercises.


 

6:00 am- 6:30 am (Coffee time😍😍) 


Enjoying my morning cup of coffee and it just makes the morning that more enjoyable.


6:30 am - 8:00 am (Reading NEWS paper💭)


Kipping up with world events will stimulate your mind and help you to gain new prospective.


8:00 am - 9:30 am (Breakfast time💪)


I never skip brake fast and eat every morning. You must all pay attention to your health first.

Spending  some time with my family (mom and dad👪 )


9:30 am - 12:00 pm ( Studying for my university EXAM


 I'm a GEOLOGY student. 


12:00 pm - 1:00 pm ( Lunch time)


LUNCH BREAK


1:00 pm - 3:00 pm ( more works!)


Finishing any work i didn't complete in the morning. Engaging on social media, watching TV program and take tea.


3:00 pm - 4:30 pm ( Take a nap)


I usually take a nap every day to increase alertness, reduce stress.


4:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Evening Walk


I go for an evening walk every day for 30 minutes. Baths.


5:30 pm - 7:20 p.m.


Engaging on social media, managing my blog and websites. 


7:20 pm - 8:00 p.m.(dinner time)


"dinner"


8:00 pm - 9:30 p.m.


Preparing goals for the next day.

Last of all we will have a family prayer, wish my parents good night and go to bad at 9:30 p.m.
